At AWG Test / MDM, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.

1. Cancellation Before Processing

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided on our website.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered the processing or dispatch stage.

2. Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery service, it can no longer be cancelled through our standard cancellation process.

In such cases, customers may need to follow our Refund & Return Policy, where applicable.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

When contacting us about an order cancellation, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for the order
  • Phone number or email address associated with the order
  • Reason for cancellation

Providing accurate order information helps us process your request quickly.

4. Cancellation by AWG Test / MDM

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues
  • Incorrect or obvious pricing errors
  • Inaccurate or incomplete customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Technical errors affecting the order
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order, any eligible refund will be processed using the applicable refund method.

5. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us immediately.

If the duplicate order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

6. Customer Refusal of Delivery

Refusing to accept an order after it has been dispatched does not automatically constitute an approved cancellation or refund.

Any resulting return, refund, or additional delivery charges will be handled according to our applicable Refund & Return Policy.

7. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before processing or dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated according to our refund procedures.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Promotional and Special Orders

Orders placed under promotional offers, discounts, special pricing, or other limited-time campaigns may be subject to additional cancellation conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
